I spent over 14 years in banking, training, and coaching. The knowledge, idea and expertise were never the hard part; the conversations were. A new manager freezing before a difficult call. A strong performer who couldn’t get heard in a review. A team that looked fine on paper and wasn’t.
That is where my real work began. Since then I have trained over 5000 professionals, from freshers to senior leaders, and learned one thing over and over: people don’t change because they were told what to do. They change because they finally saw what was happening.
